Tooth loss can mean losing your ability to chew comfortably, to dine with elegance, speak, laugh, and smile with confidence. Whether a few teeth or a full smile needs to be restored, Dr. Smith and Dr. Byer are the Nashua dentists you can turn to for compassionate, effective care.

With more than twenty-five years in practice, our dentists are fully aware of the impact tooth loss can have on the smile, on health, and on your social and professional wellbeing. More than understanding the cost you pay for tooth loss, we know what to do to restore the look, feel, and function of your smile.

Partial and Full Dentures

Dentures have been, for over a century, a wonderful way to replace missing teeth. At Nashua Cosmetic and Restorative Dentistry, P.L.L.C., patients may choose from partial or full dentures. Partial dentures are removable prosthetics that bridge a gap between two teeth. This gap may be one tooth wide or several. Full dentures are used when no natural teeth remain in the smile. In addition to crafting new dentures, our dentists can also reline, adjust, and design new dentures for patients who have worn dentures for years.

Replacing missing teeth with dentures may be an option regardless of the cause of tooth loss. The use of high quality materials and meticulous planning with digital impressions achieves results that are very natural looking and very stable.

Typically, a denture will rely on natural suction between the appliance and gums for stability. Some patients find this a challenge. In many cases, we suggest that treatment include a combination of dentures and dental implants. Implants are prosthetics that sit beneath the gums, replacing roots. The implant post features a small ball at the top end, and a rubber O-ring that supports comfort. When affixed to implants, the denture appliance gains unparalleled stability.

We are happy to discuss your concerns and expectations with you. Tooth loss should not rob you of your confidence to talk, smile, and dine. Visit Nashua Cosmetic and Restorative Dentistry P.L.L.C. to consult with an experienced dentist about your options for tooth replacement.
